Typically the round and sheet cakes have one layer of filling, but if you want the extra layers of filling round would be the best.

A third layer for a sheet cake or round cake will give you additional servings, and an additional cost.

WHITE: Firm with a vanilla flavor

DEVIL’S FOOD: Chocolaty, moist and tender

HALF & HALF: A layer of white and a layer of chocolate

MARBLE: A swirl of white and chocolate

BANANA: Real banana’s mixed into a unique moist cake

CARROT: Shaved carrots, pecans, raisins, apricots, incredibly moist

RED VELVET: Coco, butter milk, very moist and tender

Our cheesecakes are New York Style; they are done in a water bath, 

We offer them in vanilla with a light touch of almond or with chocolate veining.
