Our Autumn Inspiration

We discovered the Best Bakery in town when we received the coupon in the mail from value pack.
We tried the cookies,lemon ricotta was our favorite and the tiramisu cake is divine!
We were hooked! We wanted everyone to share in the experience of dessert from Cookies Fresco!
We were looking for the perfect bakery to create a 1 of a kind wedding cake for us even though we were on limited budget.
Janet was very patient with us and asked us for our ideas.
We had our hopes set on a heart shaped cake,and discovered those were Janets specialty!
We also loved the idea of having a cassada style cake. Its made with almond paste and usually created for Easter.Its very challenging to find anyone who carries the almond paste,Well Janet imports it from italy!We were amazed!
We also decided we wanted a middle layer to contain apple filling with spice cake.To us that said we always wanted to be the apple of Gods eye and to enjoy the spice of life only HE can offer.Again Janet made it possible!
Our final layer was an Italian buttercream that would satisfy everyones taste buds.
We explained we were having an Autumn themed wedding and Janet said she could already see our cake in her mind,if we could trust her with the design it would be beautiful.
We trusted Janet of course and the result was an Inspirational and Delightfully Delicious Wedding Cake.
We are now customers for life and totally in awe of Janet and her amazing Team!

Our wedding cake was truly a one of a kind awesome inspirational design created for us by Janet!We had only basic ideas when we met with Janet and a limited budget,But she created a masterpiece for our once in a lifetime event!
We had our hearts set on the heart shaped cake(which is her specialty) and we needed lots of variety to satisfy the messages we wanted our cake to convey. We chose the bottom to be italian buttercream at Janets recommendation to satisfy my sicilian family.Then the middle layer as apple filling and spice cake since we always wanted to remain the apple of God's eye and are looking forward to the spice only HE can bring to our lives. And finally a special imported almond as the top cake flavor.Its really unique because very few bakeries carry it year round(Its a Cassada cake filling usually available only at Easter in sicily.)It seemed finding a baker to create our cake in our budget would be impossible task!
However,Janets bakery opened to the public and we discoverd it via a coupon mailed to us! We fell in love with her sensational lemon ricotta cookies and tiramisu and knew we had to ask if she could design our wedding cake! She was a pleasure to work with and her bakery staff are phenominal too!Super friendly and helpful.
Janet said she had an image in her mind of what our cake would look like with an autumn theme to match our wedding She asked us to trust her and We instantly knew we made the right decision!
The cake was totally delectible!!!!!!!!!!
We will be customers for LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!
